Milli Fleur

Terms & conditions

How ordering, delivery and returns work when you buy from the Milli Fleur shop.

Last updated: 27th September 2026

Hello, and thank you for shopping with Milli Fleur.

These terms explain how things work when you buy from this website. We've written them in plain English rather than legal language. If anything isn't clear, please email and ask.

Who we are

Milli Fleur is run by Kat Hughes, trading as Milli Fleur, based in Devon, UK.

These terms cover orders placed through our online shop. Wedding, event and styling work is arranged separately by enquiry.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That's an acknowledgement rather than an acceptance, our contract begins when we email to say your order has been dispatched.

If something has sold out, or we've made a mistake with a price or description, we'll contact you and refund you in full rather than sending a substitute.

Please check your delivery address before paying. We can usually change it if you email quickly, but once a parcel is with Royal Mail we can't redirect it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken securely through Squarespace Payments. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and delivery usually takes another 2–3 working days. Delivery is charged by weight and shown at checkout.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us and we'll chase it with Royal Mail. They won't accept a claim before that point, so we can't send a replacement any sooner, but we'll keep you posted.

Changing your mind

If you've simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Please return items unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, and we'd recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund once it reaches us. You're welcome to handle an item as you would in a shop, but if it comes back damaged or showing signs of use we may reduce your refund to reflect its reduced value.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof of postage if that's sooner, to the payment method you used. Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid on the way out.

If something arrives damaged or faulty

We pack everything carefully, but glass and ceramics occasionally come off worst in the post.

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@millifleur.com within 48 hours with a photo of the item and a photo of the outer packaging, and please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out — Royal Mail may want to inspect it. We'll then send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't be out of pocket for postage.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described, including 30 days from receipt to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Our designs and photographs

The illustrations, designs, photographs and words on this website belong to Milli Fleur, or are used with the permission of the designers who created them.

You're welcome to share our photos on social media with a credit and a tag. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs, illustrations or images without asking first.

If something goes wrong

We'd much rather hear from you than have you unhappy. Email hello@millifleur.com and we'll do our best to put it right.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be taken to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The ones that apply to your order are those published on the day you placed it.
